Photograph a fuel slip or weighbridge ticket and the phone suggests the numbers. You tap to use each one. Printed English only; handwriting is not supported.
Roles with a PIN
Drivers record. The owner sees the money, edits, voids and changes settings. A separate supervisor role with its own PIN comes with Professional. Enforced in the app, not only hidden.
Nothing silently deleted
Voiding keeps the record, marks it, and offers Undo. Restore it any time.

No account, no sign-up, no servers holding your records. The app installs to your home screen and opens without signal.
Plainly: in this version your records live on one phone. If that phone is lost or cleared, a backup file is the only way back, so the app makes an encrypted backup easy and reminds you. There is no sync between phones yet.
Encrypted backups
Back up to a file protected by your own passphrase. Restore on a new phone.
Signed receipts
Receipts carry a signature that shows if a record was changed outside the app on that phone. It is a safeguard, not legal proof.
Light on cheap phones
Motion adapts to the device: light, medium or rich. Phones that ask for reduced motion get the quiet version.

How you get a key: message us on WhatsApp with your business name and the plan, and we send the key. You paste it into Settings and it works offline. A key is for one business; please do not share it.

If you run a larger fleet, a cooperative, or want to offer haulage records to your own members or drivers, tell us what you need. We will say plainly what is possible now and what is not.

No app store. Open the app once on a good connection and it works without signal after that.

- Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

- Open the app in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.

- Open the app in Chrome or Edge.
- Use the install icon in the address bar.
- Or open it as a normal web page.
Opening from WhatsApp or Facebook? Those use a small built-in browser that cannot install apps: open the page in Chrome or Safari first. If the install option is missing, check the address starts with https://, reload once, wait about ten seconds, then try the menu again.

The app reminds you for 30 days before, then gives 14 days of grace. After that it returns to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted or hidden: you can still view, back up and restore everything. Only adding beyond the Free limits is paused until you renew.
Yes. A key belongs to your business, not to one phone, and a backup carries it with your records. Please do not share a key with other businesses.
